Deployment Options
This article will guide you through accessing and configuring AI agent deployment settings for your project using the Settings button on the project home page, then navigating to the Deployment Options tab. These settings allow you to manage multiple agent deployments across platforms, including Web, Android, iOS, and Kiosk.
Steps to Access Deployment Settings

Log in to Your NGage 360 Account
- Visit the NGage 360 website and log in with your credentials.

Navigate to Your Project
- From the dashboard, go to the Projects section and select the project you wish to manage.

Click on the 'Settings' Button
- On the project home page, locate and click the Settings button.

Select the 'Deployment Options' Tab
- Once you're on the Settings page, select the Deployment Options tab.
Managing Deployment Settings for Different Platforms
At the top of the Deployment Options tab, you'll see a list of supported platforms. This includes Web Platform, Android, iOS, and Kiosk, though only Web deployments are currently supported. Here’s how you can manage deployment settings:
Enabling Deployment for a Platform

Turn On the Deployment Option:
- To enable deployment for any platform, simply toggle the deployment switch next to the platform name.

Web Platform Deployment (Currently Supported):
- To deploy your AI agent on the Web Platform, turn on the Web Platform option. Once enabled, you'll be provided with scripts that allow you to integrate the web agents for the project into your website.
Future Platform Support (Android, iOS, Kiosk)
- While NGage 360 currently supports multiple deployments on the Web Platform, future support for Mobile (Android, iOS) and Kiosk deployments is coming soon. Once available, users will be able to toggle these deployment options in the same way as the Web Platform.
Enabling Web Platform Deployments
For web deployments, after enabling the Web Platform option, you will see the following options for integrating the AI agent into your website:
- Live Chat Embedding Script:
- Copy the provided script and paste it into the HTML of your website where you want the Live Chat feature to be integrated.
- Page Embedding Script:
- You can also embed the web agent directly into a webpage. Copy the page embedding script and add it to the relevant section of your web page's code.
These scripts allow seamless integration of your custom AI agent, making it easy for users to interact with the AI agents on your website.
