Reset Your Password

If you forget your NGage 360 account password, you can easily reset it using the Forgot Password option. This article will guide you through the steps to reset your password and regain access to your account.

Steps to Reset Your Password​

Step 1: Visit the NGage 360 Login Page​

  1. Open your web browser and go to the NGage 360 login page:
    https://console.ngage360.app/login

  2. Locate the 'Forgot Password' Link:
    Below the Sign In form, you will find the Forgot Password link. Click on it to begin the password reset process.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address​

  1. Enter Your Registered Email Address:
    In the Forgot Password screen, you’ll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your NGage 360 account.

  2. Click the 'Send Reset Link' Button:
    After entering your email address, click the Send Reset Link button. An email with a password reset link and a verification code will be sent to your inbox.

Step 3: Verify Your Email and Set a New Password​

  1. Check Your Email for the Reset Link:
    Open your email inbox and find the email from NGage 360 containing your password reset code.

  2. Go to the Verification Screen:
    After clicking the Send Reset Link button, you will be redirected to a verification screen.

  3. Enter the Verification Code:
    On the verification screen, enter the code you received in your email.

  4. Enter Your New Password:
    After entering the verification code, enter your new password.

  5. Click 'Submit' to Update Your Password:
    Once you've entered and confirmed your new password, click the Submit button to save the changes and reset your password.

Step 5: Log In with Your New Password​

  1. Return to the Login Page:
    Once your password has been successfully reset, return to the NGage 360 login page.

  2. Sign In with Your New Password:
    Enter your email and the new password to log in to your account.
