Upgrade Plan

This article explains how users can upgrade their subscription plan on NGage 360 through the Subscriptions section.

Steps to Upgrade Your Plan​

Step 1: Access the Subscriptions Page​

  1. Log in to NGage 360 by visiting the login page:
    https://console.ngage360.app/login

  2. Click on Your Avatar:
    After logging in, locate your avatar at the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Select 'Subscriptions' from the Dropdown Menu:
    From the dropdown menu that appears after clicking on your avatar, select the Subscriptions link to access the subscription management page.

Step 2: Click on the Upgrade Plan Button​

  1. Locate the Upgrade Plan Button:
    On the Subscriptions page, find the Upgrade Plan button on the top right of the screen.

  2. Click the Upgrade Plan Button:
    Clicking this button will take you to a page where you can view all available subscription plans.

Step 3: Choose a Plan to Upgrade​

  1. View Available Plans:
    On the upgrade page, you will see a list of available subscription plans, each showing its features and prices. Your current plan will be clearly marked.

  2. Select a Higher-Tier Plan:
    Under the higher-tier plans, you will see an Upgrade button. Select the plan that suits your needs by clicking the Upgrade button.

Step 4: Confirm the Upgrade​

  1. View the Upgrade Confirmation:
    After clicking Upgrade, a confirmation message will appear, showing the plan details and the amount to be charged.

  2. Click Proceed to Upgrade:
    If everything looks correct, click the Proceed button to confirm the upgrade.

Step 5: Instantaneous Plan Update​

  1. Plan Updated Instantly:
    Your subscription plan will be updated instantly, and the payment method you have on record will be automatically charged the appropriate amount.

  2. Receive Confirmation:
    Once the upgrade is complete, you will receive confirmation on the screen, and you can start using the new features of your upgraded plan immediately.
