Downgrade Plan
This article explains how users can downgrade their subscription plan on NGage 360 through the Subscriptions section.
Steps to Downgrade Your Plan
Step 1: Access the Subscriptions Page

Log in to NGage 360 by visiting the login page:

Click on Your Avatar:
Once logged in, locate your avatar at the top right corner of the screen. -
Select 'Subscriptions' from the Dropdown Menu:
From the dropdown menu that appears after clicking on your avatar, select the Subscriptions link to access the subscription management page.
Step 2: Click on the Change Plan Button

Locate the Change Plan Button:
On the Subscriptions page, find the Change Plan button on the top right of the screen. -
Click the Change Plan Button:
Clicking this button will take you to a page where you can view all available subscription plans.
Step 3: Choose a Lower-Tier Plan to Downgrade

View Available Plans:
On the upgrade/downgrade page, you will see a list of available subscription plans, each displaying its features and prices. Your current plan will be clearly marked. -
Select a Lower-Tier Plan:
Under the lower-tier plans, you will see a Downgrade button. Choose the lower-tier plan you want by clicking the Downgrade button.
Step 4: Confirm the Downgrade

View the Downgrade Confirmation:
After clicking Downgrade, a confirmation message will appear, showing the new plan details. -
Click Proceed to Downgrade:
If everything looks correct, click the Proceed button to confirm the downgrade.
Step 5: Plan Update and Billing Changes

Plan Updated Instantly:
Your plan will be downgraded instantly, and you will receive confirmation on the screen. -
Billing Adjustments for Next Cycle:
Any changes to your billing will take effect starting the next billing cycle, reflecting the new, lower-tier pricing.
