Notifications

NGage 360 provides in-app notifications to keep you informed about important updates related to your account and projects. This article explains how you can view and manage your notifications.

Steps to View Notifications

Step 1: Log In to Your NGage 360 Account

  1. Open your web browser and go to the NGage 360 login page:
    https://console.ngage360.app/login

  2. Log in to your account using your email and password.

Step 2: Access Notifications

  1. Locate the Notification Bell Icon:
    After logging in, you will find a bell icon next to your avatar at the top right of the screen. This represents your notification center.

  2. Check for Unread Notifications:
    If there are unread notifications, a red dot will appear on the bell icon. This signifies that new notifications are waiting for your attention.

Step 3: View Recent Notifications

  1. Click the Bell Icon:
    Click on the bell icon to open a pop-up displaying the top 3 most recent notifications.

  2. View All Notifications:
    To see more notifications, click the View All Notifications button at the bottom of the pop-up. This will take you to the Notifications page.

Managing Notifications on the Notifications Page

Once on the Notifications page, you can view all of your notifications, with the most recent ones displayed at the top.

Options Available on the Notifications Page:

  1. Mark All as Read:
    If you have multiple unread notifications, you can click the Mark All Read button to mark all notifications as read.

  2. Delete All Notifications:
    To clear all notifications, click the Delete All button. This will remove all notifications from the page.
