Managing Your Profile

In this article, you will learn how to access and manage your profile on NGage 360. Your profile page allows you to update personal information, including your name and profile picture, and change your account password.

Steps to Access Your Profile Page​

  1. Log in to Your NGage 360 Account

    • Navigate to the NGage 360 website and log in with your credentials.

  2. Click on Your Avatar

    • Once logged in, locate your avatar at the top right corner of the dashboard.
    • Click on your avatar to open a dropdown menu.

  3. Select 'Profile'

    • From the dropdown menu, click on Profile to access your profile page.

Profile Page Overview​

The profile page is divided into two tabs: Profile Info and Change Password. Below is a detailed explanation of each tab and how to use them.

1. Profile Info Tab​

The Profile Info tab allows you to update your personal details like your name and profile picture.

How to Update Your Name or Profile Picture:​

  1. Change Name:

    • In the Profile Info tab, you will see a field for your name. Edit this field to change your display name.

  2. Upload a New Profile Picture:

    • Below the name field, you will see the option to upload a new profile picture. Click the Upload button and select an image from your device.

  3. Save Changes:

    • Once you’ve made the desired changes to your name or profile picture, click on the Update Profile button to save the changes.

2. Change Password Tab​

The Change Password tab allows you to securely update your account password.

How to Change Your Password:​

  1. Enter Existing Password:

    • In the Change Password tab, you will first be asked to enter your current password for security purposes.

  2. Enter New Password:

    • After entering your current password, you can type your new password in the respective field.

  3. Save Password:

    • Once you’ve entered and confirmed your new password, click the Update Password button to apply the change.
