This article explains how users can cancel their subscription on NGage 360 through the Subscriptions section.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

Step 1: Access the Subscriptions Page

  1. Log in to NGage 360 by visiting the login page:
    https://console.ngage360.app/login

  2. Click on Your Avatar:
    After logging in, locate your avatar at the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Select 'Subscriptions' from the Dropdown Menu:
    From the dropdown menu that appears after clicking on your avatar, select the Subscriptions link to access the subscription management page.

Step 2: Click on the Cancel Subscription Button

  1. Locate the Cancel Subscription Button:
    On the Subscriptions page, find the Cancel Subscription button located at the top right of the screen.

  2. Click the Cancel Subscription Button:
    Clicking this button will prompt a confirmation message asking if you are sure you want to cancel your subscription.

Step 3: Confirm Subscription Cancellation

  1. Confirm the Cancellation:
    In the confirmation pop up, click the Yes, Cancel My Subscription button to proceed.

  2. Receive Cancellation Confirmation:
    Once you confirm, the system will display a cancellation confirmation message, notifying you that your subscription has been successfully canceled.

Step 4: Subscription Remains Active Until End of Billing Cycle

  1. Active Until End of Billing Cycle:
    Even after cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You can continue using all the features of your plan until the billing period expires.
