Invoices

This article explains how users can view and manage their subscription invoices on NGage 360.

Steps to Access the Invoices Page

Step 1: Log In to Your NGage 360 Account

  1. Log in to NGage 360 by visiting the login page:
    https://console.ngage360.app/login

  2. Click on Your Avatar:
    Once logged in, locate your avatar icon at the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Select 'Invoices' from the Dropdown Menu:
    From the dropdown menu that appears after clicking on your avatar, click on the Invoices link to access the invoice management section.

Step 2: View the Invoices Page

On the Invoices page, you will see a list of all past invoices related to your subscription. The invoices are displayed in reverse-chronological order, with the most recent at the top.

Step 3: Managing Invoices

  1. View Invoice Details:
    To view detailed information about an invoice, click on the specific invoice from the list. This will take you to the Invoice Details page, where you can review the invoice breakdown, including the services and charges associated with your subscription.

  2. Download Invoice:
    If you need to keep a copy of your invoice for your records, you can download the invoice in a standard format such as PDF from the Invoice Details page.

  3. Pay Unpaid Invoices:
    If there are any unpaid invoices, a Pay Invoice button will appear on the Invoice Details page. You can click this button to process the payment for the outstanding invoice directly from this screen.

Conclusion

The Invoices section on NGage 360 helps you stay on top of your subscription billing. You can view and download detailed invoices, as well as pay any unpaid invoices, directly from the Invoices page. To access this feature, simply click on your avatar and navigate to Invoices in the dropdown menu.
