Train Your Project

This article will guide you through managing training content for a project using the Training tab. This feature allows you to add, view, edit, and use content to train your project.

Accessing the Projects Section

To manage your training content, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your NGage 360 account.
  2. Navigate to the main menu and click on the 'Projects' link.

This will take you to the Projects section, where you can see a list of all your current projects.

Accessing the Training Tab

Once you are in the Projects section, follow these steps to access the Training tab:

  1. Select the Project: Find the project you want to work with from the list. Click on the project name to go to the Project Details page.
  2. Navigate to the Training Tab: Click on the 'Training' tab in the project details. This tab is where you will manage your training content.

Adding Training Content

If no training content has been uploaded and processed, the Training tab will be empty. To add training content, follow these steps:

  1. Click on 'Add Training Content': Look for the 'Add Training Content' button on the page and click on it.
  2. Upload Content: Select the files you want to upload for training. NGage 360 supports various content types, including documents, audio files, video files, and more.
  3. Process Content: Once uploaded/defined click on the 'Fetch Content' button, the content will be ingested, processed and prepared for use in training your project.

Viewing and Editing Training Content

If training content has been added and processed previously, you will see all the different sources of content listed on the left side of the Training tab. To view and edit the content, follow these steps:

  1. Select a Content Source: Click on a content source from the list on the left side. The extracted content from the selected source will be displayed on the right side.
  2. Edit Content: Make any necessary changes to the content. This could involve refining the text, correcting errors, or updating information to ensure the project is trained accurately.
  3. Save Changes: After making your edits, click on the 'Save' button to save the changes. This ensures that the updated content will be used in the training process.

Training the Project

Once you have added and edited your training content, you can start training your project using this content. Follow these steps to initiate the training process:

  1. Click on the 'Train' Button: Look for the 'Train' button on the page and click on it to start the training process.
  2. Monitor Training Progress: The training process will begin, and you can monitor its progress. This involves the project learning from the training content to improve its responses and interactions.
